Cadillac Escalade

If you plan to purchase a Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250 Crew Cab, Infiniti G37, or Dodge Charger Hemi, you might want to check in with your insurance agent first.

Why? Because these vehicles have the highest theft rates (from inside, or of the vehicle itself) of any models one to three years old.

Archive Gallery: The Electric Car, 1916-Present

The Electric Car

August of 1916 was our first issue to cover a hybrid gasoline-electric automobile. The car combines the “utility of both a gasoline and an electric automobile”. In lieu of pedals, a lever was used to control the throttle. The result was a dual-passenger car that was, even in 1916, marketed for its fuel-efficiency.

How To Sell Your Used Car

Used Cars

One of the lessons to be learned in a down economy is this: when it comes to selling a used car, it’s buyer’s market. Prices have fallen lower than Lindsay Lohan’s moral standards, and it doesn’t look like we’ll be hitting rock bottom any time soon. Live Images: 2011 Ford Explorer debuts

2011 Ford Explorer

For years the most dominant SUV in North America, the Ford Explorer long rode on its rugged reputation. Yet by the early 21st century, buyers began to shy away from the body-on-frame Explorer for crossovers, including Ford’s own Edge.
